We are a licensed congregate living health facility (CLHF) in Long Beach, California providing residents with a safe environment where they can receive a level of care that they need in a home-like environment and community. We have five spacious suites and 1 semi-private suite thoughtfully equipped with heating and cooling systems, closets, hospital grade beds, TV with cable and Wi-fi. All areas have access for individuals with disabilities.
Expert Comprehensive Services
Specialized Care for Quadriplegic & Paraplegic Residents
Residents with quadriplegia, hemiplegia, or paraplegia often require highly individualized and consistent care. Our CLHF is designed to support patients who need:
24-hour skilled nursing oversight
Assistance with all activities of daily living
Turning and repositioning
Skin care and pressure injury prevention
Tracheostomy care
Ventilator care and respiratory monitoring
Oxygen support
Feeding tube management
Medication administration
Incontinence care
Mobility and transfer assistance
Coordination with physicians, home health, hospice, and ancillary providers
We focus on maintaining dignity, safety, comfort, and quality of life while meeting the medical needs of each resident.
The Healing Sanctum-Greenmeadow is a “home away from home” where patients receive excellent care in a place where they can recover with dignity, humanity, and respect.

Who We Serve
We care for adult patients who may need specialized placement due to:
Quadriplegia
Paraplegia
Spinal cord injury
Complete or partial paralysis
Tracheostomy
Ventilator dependency
G-tube / PEG tube feeding
Ongoing skilled nursing needs
Limited mobility and total assistance with ADLs
• Post-hospital recovery with complex care needs
Our care team includes a Medical Director, Psychiatrist, Director of Nursing, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants, a Registered Dietitian, Activities Director and PT, ST and OT Therapists.
Our ApproachOur approach is to provide quality care and to implement individualized care plans so that our residents can achieve the best possible health outcomes in a nurturing environment.
Our team understands the daily support required for patients with quadriplegia, including mobility assistance, repositioning, skin integrity monitoring, respiratory support, nutrition support, hygiene care, and close nursing observation.

Our mission is to create and maintain a safe, compassionate place - a healing sanctum - where we can make a positive difference in the lives of each person entrusted to us. We strive to achieve a balance between short-term rehabilitative services and long term care in a home-like environment where our residents can receive the care and attention they need and where they can heal.
