The Healing Sanctum-Greenmeadow
We are a licensed congregate living health facility (CLHF) in Long Beach, California providing residents with a safe environment where they can receive a level of care that they need in a home-like environment and community. We have five spacious suites and 1 semi-private suite thoughtfully equipped with heating and cooling systems, closets, hospital grade beds, TV with cable and Wi-fi. All areas have access for individuals with disabilities.

Our care team includes a Medical Director, Psychiatrist, Director of Nursing, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants, a Registered Dietitian, Activities Director and PT and OT Therapists.

Our mission is to create and maintain a safe, compassionate place - a healing sanctum - where we can make a positive difference in the lives of each person entrusted to us. We strive to achieve a balance between short-term rehabilitative services and long term care in a home-like environment where our residents can receive the care and attention they need and where they can heal.
